It sometime starts with a shopping bag…
There are moments where I start to paint on the outside of my paper shopping bags. I cut the bag open and this gives me a beautiful huge underground paper. The fact that it is “just” a paper bag gives me so much freedom and no stress of spoiling an expensive sheet of watercolor paper. Pieces of these painted and collaged paper bags will be the starting point to create beautiful loose pieces of art on a postcard or on a tag.
