Calligrapher Jurgen Vercaemst
I am blessed to work and teach together with calligrapher and letter artist
Jurgen Vercaemst.
For years Jurgen has been keeping Moleskine notebooks in which he draws and writes with not much more than a mechanical pencil.
Jurgen gave me the freedom to incorporate his amazing handwritten notes into my art journals and the marriage between calligraphy and bookbinding was an exploration and liberation and for both of us.
